Tax Changes 2024<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Significant changes are foreseen in taxation in 2024 according to the new LAW.<\/p>\n

Some of the main changes are\u00a0:<\/p>\n

  1. The presumptive way of taxation\u00a0the freelancers,<\/li>\n
  2. The reduction of\u00a0the\u00a0pretense fee,<\/li>\n
  3. The increase of the penalty \u00a0for cash transactions,<\/li>\n

  5. The interconnection of cash registers with POS,<\/li>\n
  6. The abolition of residence tax and replacing it with a \u201cresilience fee in the climate crisis” \u20ac1.5 per day,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Minimum Wage Increase<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The legal gross minimum wage was increased to \u20ac830 from April 1, 2024, affecting the Easter Gift and all other allowances and gifts.<\/p>\n

    Digital Job Card<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    With the under no. 49758\/26-5-2022 ministerial decision, the inclusion of the digital work card for a large volume of businesses begins. The decision provides for the implementation of the digital job card in detail:

    \nii) for businesses belonging to the retail trade sector, from 2 May 2024
