Integrated training and employment action for unemployed people aged 25-45

Purpose of the Action:

Training 10,000 unemployed people in digital and green skills and creating 7,500 new jobs to recruit them.

Duration:

The duration of the training is 80 hours and the duration of employment is 6 months.

Subsidy:

  • The grant amounts to 100% of the total cost (salary and contributions) for the

employment of unemployed people aged 25-30, i.e. €1,022 per month (€6,132 in total), and 80% for the

recruitment of unemployed 31-45 year olds, i.e. €817.60 per month (€4,906 in total).

  • If the company chooses the state aid regime of the General Exemption Regulation

(see the Public Call), the grant amounts to 50% of the total cost (salary

and contributions) for hiring unemployed people in a disadvantaged and particularly disadvantaged position – up to €1,000

monthly for unemployed 25-30 year olds and up to €800 monthly for unemployed 31-45 year olds.

  • Grant includes Christmas and Easter Gifts and Leave Allowance.

Business grant program for the employment of 10,000 long-term unemployed aged 45 and over – T.A.A.

Purpose of the Action:

The creation of 10,000 new full-time jobs in areas of high unemployment in the country, with priority in the Regions of Western Macedonia, Western Greece, Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, Thessaly, Central Greece, Central Macedonia and Epirus.

State Aid Regime:

  • If the company chooses the state aid de minimis regime, it will

not have received funding from a state aid of more than €200,000

It is recalled that the beneficiaries of the state aid scheme of the General

Registered unemployed for 12 months or more aged 50 and over

Duration:

€ monthly.

Professional Experience Acquisition Program – Pre-work for young unemployed people aged 18 – 29

Purpose of the Action:

Preparing 25,000 unemployed 18-29 year olds to join the labor market

Duration and Compensation:

The pre-work lasts 8 hours a day, 5 days a week for 7 months and DYPA pays the participants monthly compensation equal to the legal minimum wage. In addition, pro rata holiday gifts and holiday allowance are paid. Beneficiaries enjoy full medical coverage under the e-EFKA insurance.
